Position: Senior Architect - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available) Senior Architect - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)ResponsibilitiesLead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completionCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirementsDevelop detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design softwareEnsure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulationsConduct site visits and assess project progress through regular inspectionsManage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectivelyMentor and supervise junior architects and internsRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant softwareKnowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methodsStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team membersAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlinesLeadership skills to mentor junior architectsWe offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position.This job is based in Akron but open to individuals from all nationalities with visa sponsorship available.Note: This job description is intended to give you an idea of the type of work normally performed by employees in this role.
