Senior Architect / Project Manager

Fitzgerald Collaborative Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Architect / Project Architect to support the planning, design, and execution of large, complex architectural projects. This position plays a key role in technical design leadership, applying advanced architectural concepts while collaborating closely with project teams and clients. Lead and manage specific technical design aspects of major architectural projects Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions that best meet client requirements Provide professional architectural consultation throughout planning, design, and coordination phases Independently execute complex or novel assignments, including development of new or improved design techniques and procedures Coordinate architectural work with consultants and internal project teams Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable codes and standards Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff as needed Experience in collaborative, multi-disciplinary project environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence Ability to balance technical rigor with creative problem-solving Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach Fitzgerald Collaborative Group offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to impactful projects while working in a collaborative, professional environment that values expertise, innovation, and thoughtful design
