Senior Architect Project Manager - Workplace Interiors

Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations Calculate and track man / hour projections and project fees Generate contractual agreements Interface with the client, real estate team, landlord and Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review Prepare consultant RFPs Generate project budgets and schedules Prime client interface during all phases of project Oversee project production and staffing projections Final red-line review of construction documents Overall review of consultant documents Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, A working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD Strong presentation skills Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills A strong understanding and experience with NYC and IBC Building Why Is This a Great Opportunity Salary Type : Annual Salary
