Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture).Registered Architect (RA).10+ years of project management and architectural leadership experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects.Demonstrated experience serving as a Design Lead, Project Manager, or Client Leader within one or more of the following markets Municipal, Higher Education, Corporate Real Estate, Real Estate Development, or Health.Strong financial acumen with experience managing forecasting, budgeting, risk, and commercial oversight.Outstanding communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.Proven capability to support business development and grow client accounts.
