Senior Architect - Registered Architect

This role provides technical and design leadership, serves as the primary architectural point of contact for clients, supports business development efforts, mentors staff, and drives quality, consistency, and execution excellence across projects. Partner with Project Managers to oversee design and technical teams, supporting delivery of projects within established scope, schedule, and budget parameters. Required Experience Experience as a lead designer or Architect on federal, state, municipal, healthcare, commercial, education, or similar projects. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
