Senior Architect – Residential, Commercial & Healthcare in Lagrangeville, NY

We are a well-established architectural firm based in Lagrangeville, New York, seeking an experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our team. This in-house position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about design, project leadership, and delivering exceptional architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administrationDevelop and oversee design documentation, construction drawings, and specificationsCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agenciesManage project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesMentor and support junior architectural staffEnsure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureMinimum 10 years of professional architectural experienceProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD requiredStrong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project managementExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsNew York State architectural license preferred
