We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our growing team in Akron OH.
As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of residential projects in the city. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1800$.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of residential project design and development from concept to completionCollaborate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are metDevelop detailed plans blueprints and design documents using AutoCAD or other softwareConduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulationsReview and approve material selections and construction methodsOversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments as neededRequirementsBachelors degree in Architecture or related fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in residential architecture projectsProficiency in AutoCAD or other design softwareStrong understanding of building codes and regulations in Akron OHExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamThis is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Architect looking to join a dynamic team that values creativity innovation and collaboration.
