Senior Architect / Senior Project Manager - Hotel and Hospitality Experience

LK Architecture is seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience, specializing in hotel and hospitality projects. The position requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently under general supervision. Support all phases of hospitality projects from concept through construction Assist in planning and design of hospitality environments including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments Prepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD Participate in client meetings and assist in presenting design concepts Apply sustainable design principles and explore innovative materials and technologies Participate in project meetings and assist in presenting design concepts Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of documents Assist with coordination between architectural and consultant disciplines Demonstrate strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills Apply knowledge of hospitality design standards and brand requirements Utilize design software and tools for production and visualization Exercise sound judgment on routine project decisions Collaborate with senior staff on complex design or technical challenges Wichita, KS 67202: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Preferred)
