LK Architecture is seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience, specializing in hotel and hospitality projects.

Role:

Position is responsible for supporting the design and technical execution of hospitality projects from concept through completion. This role collaborates with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality, brand-driven environments, including hotels, multi-family, student housing, restaurants, and related developments. The position requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently under general supervision.

Responsibilities:

Support all phases of hospitality projects from concept through constructionAssist in planning and design of hospitality environments including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developmentsPrepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCADParticipate in client meetings and assist in presenting design conceptsApply sustainable design principles and explore innovative materials and technologiesParticipate in project meetings and assist in presenting design conceptsPerform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of documentsAssist with coordination between architectural and consultant disciplinesDesign & Technical Expectations:

Demonstrate strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skillsApply knowledge of hospitality design standards and brand requirementsUtilize design software and tools for production and visualizationExercise sound judgment on routine project decisionsCollaborate with senior staff on complex design or technical challengesRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited UniversityLicensure for Architect II position; not required for Project Manager II position5–10 years of experience. Preference given to those with experience in hospitality or commercial projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or other modeling toolsPreferred Skills:
