What You’ll Do

As a Senior Architect for ServiceNow SPM, EA, and ITx, you will serve as the senior architectural authority across the planning-to-execution span of the platform: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Enterprise Architecture (EA), and the core IT workflow products covering IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). You will architect, propose, and lead solution delivery based on requirements provided by the Slalom team and clients. As a senior architect you also set direction for other architects and consultants working in these areas, and you are the escalation point when a design decision spans more than one of them.
