Senior Architect - Studio Director

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 6+ years of commercial design experience to help lead and serve our clients in the South East of the United States (Onsite, Charlotte or Hybrid, Chicago). As the Studio Director you will be providing design deliverables from concept through design and construction, and managing the studio’s time and project milestones. Broadly this will include architectural design, visualization and documentation through modeling, drawing and presentation as well as a willingness to learn and have a working knowledge of permitting, code and jurisdictional requirements. • Experience in commercial building construction from shell and core to tenant improvement. • Lead and Manage the Risepointe Southeast Office
