Senior Architect/Building Enclosures Lead

Lead architectural consulting and building envelope projects from proposal through project completion.Perform and oversee building assessments, forensic investigations, architectural evaluations, and design solutions.Develop plans, specifications, technical reports, repair recommendations, and construction documents.Conduct field investigations and construction observations to verify quality and compliance with project requirements.Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client communications while delivering exceptional service.Provide technical leadership and quality reviews for complex projects and reports.Research and resolve challenging design, construction, and building performance issues.Mentor architects and technical staff while helping develop the next generation of professionals.Build and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development and expanding project opportunities.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective solutions. Registered Architect (RA) license required.Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred).8+ years of architectural consulting, building envelope, or building science experience.Strong background in project management, client relations, and technical leadership.Experience performing building evaluations, forensic investigations, and construction administration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients and project teams.A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to business growth.Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
