Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking an onsite full-time Senior Architect/Engineer (CM-SA/E) at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. Requirements • Conducts portions of daily inspections of site work, building construction work; documents discrepancies, code violations, improper materials, or techniques in the application of materials, substandard or poor-quality workmanship; monitors schedules on various aspects of ongoing daily activities to identify and mitigate project slippage and coordinate project phasing. • Ability to determine compliance of workmanship, materials, equipment and installed work with contract requirements and industry standards. • Responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost, and schedule. Professional Experience shall consist of seven (7) years of experience in management of facility construction projects including supervision of engineering, design and construction, schedule control, cost management and program budgeting, and overall project management activities.
