You will ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule objectives while serving as a subject matter expert to government stakeholders on all aspects of design and construction. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or 14 years of directly related experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree Licensed Architect or Engineer in the State of Florida Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects Experience with chiller utility plants in federal or healthcare facilities preferred Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, and cost management Demonstrated knowledge of VA standards, FAR, NFPA, and OSHA requirements.
