Senior Architect/Project Manager

This is a role with genuine ownership. Lead projects through programming, design, construction documents, and construction administration Manage project scope, schedule, staffing, and fee performance, reporting to the principal in charge Coordinate and direct the consultant team, including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty disciplines Perform quality control on drawings and specifications for coordination, constructability, and code compliance Serve as the primary owner contact, maintaining clear and well documented communication Manage construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, site observation, and punch list Guide projects through permitting and agency review Mentor project architects and designers Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program Current architectural registration in Texas, or registration in another state with the ability to obtain Texas reciprocity Minimum 10 years of professional practice, including projects carried through construction completion Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Strong working knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, specifications, and detailing Demonstrated construction administration experience Excellent written and verbal communication, and the self direction a remote role requires Preferred Qualifications Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77027
