Senior Architect/Project Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager/Architect to oversee projects from design through construction administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction documentation, client coordination, and code compliance. This role requires proficiency in Revit and experience managing project schedules, budgets, and consultant relationships while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Job Duties:

Manage projects to meet budget, scheduling, project scope, and quality objectives.
Oversee the completion of plans, specifications, and material approvals within project scope, schedule, and budget.
Organize and coordinate project construction document sets.
Perform code research and analyze local, state, and federal codes to ensure compliance.
Ensure constructability and implement architectural standards of practice.
Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure accurate and timely completion of construction documents.
Participate in all aspects of construction administration, both in the office and on-site.
Conduct or assist with in-house training and mentor Designers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
Minimum of five (5) years of professional architectural experience.
Professional licensure strongly preferred.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.
Revit experience is required.
Experience managing client and consultant relationships.
Demonstrated skills in project design, production and coordination of construction documents, and contract administration.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
