Translate concepts into clear technical documentation using Revit and visualization toolsDevelop practical, technically sound design solutions aligned with project goals and client needsSupport site planning, entitlements, and approvals with civil and consultant teamsDirect and develop construction documents from schematic design through construction administration including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate materials options, and coordinate with consultant teamsCoordinate architectural documentation, including technical reviews, detailing, redlines, and interdisciplinary coordination to ensure clear delineation of scop for the Owner, the Authority Having Jurisdiction, and the Contractor.Mentor architectural team members and promote collaboration, accountability, and growthSupport code analysis, material evaluations, specification coordination, and technical researchSupport bidding and construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field observationsStay current on codes, sustainable design practices, building technologies, and construction methodsClearly communicate technical and design solutions through presentations and stakeholder coordinationMaintain technical quality, documentation accuracy, and constructability across all project phases Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related field10+ years of experience in architecture and design, including 5+ years’ design experience focused on Advanced Manufacturing projects At Stantec we are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is accessible to all.
