This role focuses on design leadership, conceptual development, and design excellence across a diverse portfolio of high-density residential and mixed-use projects. As a Senior Designer, you will: Lead architectural design efforts for multifamily and mixed-use projects, from concept through design developmentEstablish and communicate strong design narratives that align with client goals, zoning constraints, and market contextCollaborate with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure design intent is carried through documentationProduce and oversee high-quality plans, elevations, sections, diagrams, and renderingsDevelop presentation materials for internal reviews, entitlement meetings, and client presentationsMentor and guide junior designers, supporting professional growth and design consistencyContribute to studio design standards and best practices Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field10+ years of professional architectural design experienceDemonstrated experience in Multifamily and Mixed-Use projects (strongly preferred)Familiarity with Southern California zoning, codes, and residential design trendsStrong conceptual, graphic, and spatial design skillsAbility to balance creativity with technical and regulatory constraintsProficiency in Revit, CAD, InDesign, Enscape, D5 Render, and othersClear communication skills and the ability to lead design discussionsArchitectural licensure preferred but not required Compensation Range: $115K-$125K
