Responsibilities
Lead design development from conceptualization through final documentationCreate detailed drawings, renderings and 3D models using CAD and BIM softwareCollaborate with clients, engineers, contractors and consultants to ensure design feasibilityReview and approve construction documents for compliance with codes and regulationsConduct site visits and provide input during construction phasesEnsure adherence to project schedules, budget and design intent
Requirements
Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD and/or SketchUp ProA strong combination of education and professional experience in architectural designAn appreciation and understanding of architectural and design historyA reliable car and valid driver's license
