As a Senior Architectural Design Leader, you will take on the role of Team Leader for designated building design projects. You will be the primary liaison with clients, facilitating positive relationships, and guiding project teams to success. Your leadership will extend to strategic planning and growth initiatives as part of the management team at Jacobs.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading project teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and standards.Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring that all communication with stakeholders is effective and timely.Monitoring financial performance and project schedules, managing changes as needed.Ensuring compliance with obligations between clients and the company.To be successful in this role, you should possess:

15 years of experience in vertical buildings projects.7 years in management roles with direct client interactions, taking full responsibility for projects.A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.Current registration as an Architect (RA) and NCARB Certificate.The ability to drive business growth and articulate a compelling vision based on industry trends.Excellent interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.It would be advantageous if you also have:

Active participation in professional organizations.A Master's Degree in Architecture.Experience with manufacturing and data center projects.Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $123,600 to $170,000, based on experience, location, and qualifications.
