Job Overview:

An Emerging Professional III is actively working towards licensure works under the direction of others and is responsible for projects’ technical design. This position provides full support through the entire project and reports directly to a Senior Project Architect / Principal.

Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision, performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural design for projects of all sizes and complexityPerforms analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and design layoutsProduces design drawings and construction documents from both markups / direction of others and independently.

Design ability to sketch and model initial ideasCritical and abstract thinking relevant to the early stages of a building projectAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills with regards to peers and supervisorsTeam orientatedProficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Revit

Education:

Professional degree in ArchitectureMinimum (6 or more) years’ related experience
