Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process to join our team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

A Day In The Life

Assist with site and space planning for construction project managersResearch building codes, local zoning, and business park covenantsPrepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideasReview project scope with construction project managersProduce architectural documents for permit submittal and constructionReview and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultantsDevelop preliminary designs into construction documents

Necessary Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, with 5+ years of relevant design experienceAbility to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is requiredRevit experience is requiredExperience in standard Microsoft & Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience is preferredAutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience is preferred
