Job Title

Drawings and Detailing Produce construction documents and permit sets: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, power and lighting plans, finish plans, elevations, sections, and details Design and detail custom millwork, cabinetry, furniture, stone, tile, metalwork, and specialty fabrication Create furniture plans and layouts, and contribute plans, renderings, and 3D views to client presentations Organize AutoCAD drawing sets and maintain office drafting standards, templates, and detail libraries Coordination and Permitting Coordinate with architects of record and structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and landscape consultants Conduct code research and manage permitting, including HOA and town architectural review Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, vendor quotes, and material samples for accuracy and design intent Schedules Own all project schedules from design through installation, including lighting, plumbing fixtures, flooring, finishes, doors, hardware, and millwork Keep schedules coordinated with drawings and specifications, track lead times, approvals, and order status, and issue updates to contractors, consultants, and vendors Construction Administration Run site meetings, issue field reports, resolve field issues, and track punch lists through close-out Support procurement and installations Flag scope, cost, and schedule risks early
