Senior Architectural Designer

Position Overview PSA Architects is seeking a Senior Designer with strong AutoCAD experience and a background in commercial tenant improvement projects. This role focuses on producing high-quality architectural drawings and construction documents while coordinating closely with internal teams and consultants. Ensure drawings align with brand standards for national clients Growth Opportunity This role provides a pathway toward Junior Project Management and increased project leadership responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree required (Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field) 3–5 years of experience in architecture or commercial design Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of commercial tenant improvement projects Understanding of construction documentation and MEP coordination Experience working with national brand standards (fitness, retail, wellness) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office
