Role Description

GreatHouse Remodeling is seeking a full-time Senior Residential Architect with expertise in Chief Architect software to join our on-site team in Marietta, GA. The Senior Residential Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, preparing detailed construction drawings, managing project schedules, and collaborating with clients, designers, and construction teams. This role will also involve integrating architectural designs with software systems and ensuring project plans are executed seamlessly from start to finish.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong portfolio of residential remodeling projectsExpert-level experience with Chief Architect software is a mustSkills in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination, and team collaborationStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skillsFamiliarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and regulations in the North Atlanta region is highly desirableBachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related fieldProfessional licensure in architecture or relevant certifications is a plus

Salary/Benefits

• Base salary plus quarterly profit sharing for a total annual compensation of $90,000 – 110,000 depending on experience
