The Senior Residential Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, preparing detailed construction drawings, managing project schedules, and collaborating with clients, designers, and construction teams. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong portfolio of residential remodeling projectsExpert-level experience with Chief Architect software is a mustSkills in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination, and team collaborationStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skillsFamiliarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and regulations in the North Atlanta region is highly desirableBachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related fieldProfessional licensure in architecture or relevant certifications is a plus
