In this role you will serve as a Senior Designer working directly with the project team as well as having direct client contact. This position requires a leadership mindset and a complete commitment to client service as you will be representing the firm, which is an authority in the design and development of K-12 education facilities. Must have a passion for the creative process of architectural design, the ability to problem solve, communicate ideas, be self-motivated and have a quality mindset. Current licensure a plus Minimum of 12-13 years of experience serving as a Lead Designer or equivalent role Preferred knowledge of K-12 facilities operations and design. Ability to lift, up to 25 lbs.
