Senior Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced full time Sr. You will build out and professionalize the capability of the interior architecture design team and processes, increasing the predictability of delivery and depth of quality to interior architectural design & detail plans. They direct and review the work of a team of architectural interior designers. They present to and interact with clients and collaborate with third-party interior designers to source and order materials that meet the design intent and specifications. 8+ years of experience in residential interior design creating interior elevations and design detail plans (4+ years doing classical design projects)3+ years leading a team of designers to create interior elevations and design detail plansHighly experienced in capturing the interiors program along with the emotional intent of clientsExceptional hand-rendering skillsProficient in Revit or Chief Architect (Deep proficiency in Chief Architect is highly preferred, but not required)Very experienced in interior design developmentVery experienced in creating interior mood boardsVery experienced in creating interior elevations & design detail plans, and interiors specificationsExperienced in preparing and delivering conceptual presentations to clientsExperienced in residential construction materials and finishes (residential construction experience a big plus)Experienced in sourcing and ordering materialsExperienced in 3D modeling (Sketchup, Revit or Chief Architect) a big plus
