Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer Location: Ship Bottom, NJ Type: Direct Hire Opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-FridayArchitectural Designer – Multifamily ResidentialWe are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Designer with a strong background in multifamily residential projects. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in projects from initial concept through construction while collaborating closely with internal development, construction, and design teams.Senior Architectural Designer Responsibilities:Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using RevitContribute to all phases of design, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentationLead coordination efforts with consultants, including structural, MEP, and civil engineersAssist with zoning analysis, code research, and permitting documentationReview drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with local building codesSupport project managers in maintaining schedules, milestones, and deliverablesAttend project meetings and coordinate with internal development and construction teamsConduct site visits and assist with construction administration tasks such as RFIs and submittalsSenior Architectural Designer Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field3–7+ years of professional experience in architecture or designStrong experience with multifamily residential projects requiredAdvanced proficiency in Revit requiredSolid understanding of building systems, construction documents, and applicable codesProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skillsSystem One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.System One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
