As a Senior Architectural Designer at Fishbeck, you will:

Lead design concept developmentGuide projects from vision through realizationMentor and elevate other designersInfluence outcomes and build strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, programming, and design efforts on complex projectsDevelop compelling design concepts aligned with client goalsGuide projects through all phasesMentor architects and designersPresent design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholdersLead design discussions across multidisciplinary teamsOversee visualizations, renderings, and presentationsCollaborate with engineers and consultantsSupport business development effortsBuild strong client relationshipsHelp evolve design culture and standards
