Senior Architectural Historian

Relevant experience includes conducting cultural resources literature reviews, historic resource surveys, and serving as a primary author and technical reviewer on reports for the Georgia and Tennessee DOTs Experience interfacing directly with staff at the Georgia and Tennessee DOTs and State Historic Preservation Offices Experience working in the consulting environment, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be responsive to both internal and external clients Knowledge of and experience with ‘recent past’ resources, such as Ranch houses and mid-twentieth century commercial buildings Experience preparing proposals and cost estimates Experience providing technical reviews of deliverables Your health.
