Lead and manage high-volume corporate architectural projects from concept through completionServe as the primary client liaison and trusted advisorCollaborate closely with the Principal or Studio Leader to drive project successMentor, coach, and guide Design Coordinators, Project Assistants, and production staffOversee design concepts, plans, and proposals to ensure alignment with client goals and Kinetic standardsCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams including interiors and development servicesMonitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resourcesPerform quality control reviews and provide detailed redlines prior to committee reviewEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practicesSolve project challenges independently with minimal supervisionParticipate in creative ideation and oversee production of drawings and specificationsHandle administrative responsibilities including timesheets and resource planningStay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices through continued education With a focus on forward motion in technology and design principles, Kinetic is dedicated to bringing energy and innovation to each and every project and client.
