Senior Architectural Project Manager

Our ideal candidates for a Senior Project Manager are creative, collaborative, organized, self-motivated, positive and flexible, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must have both the requisite experience and a passion for progressive/modern design, exceptional design sensibility and graphic skills, and a healthy sense of humor. We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with leadership skills who wants to be involved in all phases of a project, from concept design to construction administration. Experience in drafting proposals and feesAbility to manage design and team to a budgetProactive approach to timely problem solvingExcellent communication and presentation skillsActive management of client budgets, schedules and programsProficiency in Bluebeam Studio and MS Office (Word and Excel)Working knowledge of Revit and CADBasic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop Deliver client delight and satisfactionManage multiple projects simultaneouslyManage and coordinate sub-consultants on projectsManage team deliverables for all phasesManage and track project fee and expenses and request regular reports to ensure we are within budgetMaintain relationships with clients and demonstrate leadership in all aspects of project including but not limited to management, design and technical componentsReview and implement QA / QC protocolOversee assignment of tasks for respective design team membersCoach, mentor and provide performance-enhancing feedback of design teamCoordinate with BIM Manager to schedule deliverablesKeep current with software upgradesAttend client presentations and meetings, create/ update task lists and agendas to disperse to entire team in timely mannerSubmit expense reports and review and approve/ reject respective team expensesCreate and maintain project schedule and project directoryWork with marketing to create project descriptions and information to update Web Flow database and update when necessaryWrite service agreements, task orders, and additional services to review with principal in chargeSchedule weekly/regular meetings with team and BIM manager to strategize for next round of deliverablesEstablish productive working relationships with clients, team members, consultants and government agenciesInitiate team performance reviews in conjunction with principal in charge
