Weston and Sampson is seeking an Architectural Senior Project Manager with 18+ years' experience for our Apex or Raleigh North Carolina office. Lead and support multi-disciplinary project teams in the planning and design of new and renovated facilities. Ability to function comfortably, gain trust, confidence and deal effectively with a wide range of individuals including consultants, contractors and facilities project team members Proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration REVIT/BIM fluency is mandatory, working experience with AutoCAD desirable Strong construction experience and knowledge of architectural technical detailing.
