The position requires a strong combination of architectural expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of affordable housing development processes and standards. Associates degree in Architecture or a related field preferred.Licensed Architect preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture, construction management, project management, or related field required, preferably supporting multi-family or affordable housing projects.Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, project management software and tools, as well as standard office software.Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance issues related to affordable housing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
