Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing medium to large commercial projects. Must have experience in both Tenant Improvement and Ground-Up projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be adept at researching codes and ordinances. Other qualifications include a high level of organizational skills as well as excellent communication skills. Individual must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. A high level of AutoCAD proficiency is necessary.
