Oversee medium to large architectural projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and resources.Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure ongoing and future work.Prepare comprehensive project proposals, including scope and pricing.Ensure quality control throughout all project phases.Collaborate closely with clients and design/build partners.Create and execute detailed project work plans.Coordinate and facilitate team and client meetings effectively.Deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.Produce high-quality project deliverables, including drawings and specifications.Lead multi-disciplinary in-house teams and coordinate with sub-consultants.Support and guide project teams in achieving their objectives.Engage with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities through presentations and discussions.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Note: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approximately 25%) are required for this position. A professional degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of technical work and at least 2 years in project management.OR Proven experience in managing medium to large projects.Background in aviation or government-related projects.Strong skills in client development and relationship management.Experience in proposal development, including scope and pricing.Commitment to quality control processes.Ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members.Familiarity with generative AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and minimize errors.Preferred qualifications include a professional architecture license with NCARB certification and current accreditations such as LEED AP, WELL AP, or Guiding Principles Compliance Professional.
