A growing, purpose-driven architecture and interior design firm in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a licensed Senior Architect ready to lead a portfolio of projects from concept through closeout, cultivate the client relationships that fuel our growth, and mentor the architects coming up behind them. This is a role for an architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects, of client relationships, and of the growth opportunities that come with both. To own client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor, not just a project contact, and to be measured on the trust you build and the repeat work you earn. As a Senior Architect, you are TS3’s primary project leader and a driver of our growth. We are a 15-year-old firm in an active phase of growth, and the architects who lead at this level, delivering excellent work while building the client relationships and new business that sustain the practice, are the ones who will shape what this firm becomes.
