Senior Associate Landscape Architecture - 3R0J001

The Senior Associate will provide leadership across project delivery, client relationships, team development, and financial management. Lead client design meetings and establish key work priorities. Guide implementation of deliverables through construction administration phase and project close-out. Review employee requests for PTO and conduct performance review evaluations on a yearly basis. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university6 to 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or a closely related design fieldAt least 5 years of experience managing landscape architecture projectsDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary projects through multiple phases of design and constructionStrong knowledge of site grading, technical detailing, permitting, construction documentation, and construction administrationProven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and financial performanceExperience developing proposals and supporting contract or additional-service negotiationsExperience in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required.
