Exercises authority in planning, directing, controlling and coordinating architectural or engineering activities.Makes decisions in line with prior Air National Guard Base policy and planning, such as priority of new construction, acceptance of completed work, facility disposal, real estate acquisition, utilization, or disposal actions.
