Senior Business Architect

Smarthub is looking for a Senior Business Architect with a stronghold on Duckcreek Personal Lines migration and program management leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design: Lead the design of Duck Creek platform modules, including Author, Rating, Forms, and Workflow.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a consulting partner to translate business needs into technical designs, engaging directly with Product Owners, senior stakeholders, and vendors.

Integration & Architecture: Design, integrate, and deploy microservices-based Duck Creek solutions within enterprise ecosystems and upstream/downstream platforms.

Delivery Leadership: Oversee product backlog grooming, prioritization, testing oversight, and production performance monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes (Auto, Home General Liability, Property, Workers' compensation).
Platform Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek implementations.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern SaaS architecture, API integrations, web services, SQL, and .NET environments.
