Senior Business Process Architect

This position supports a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and appreciates strategy, processes, platform capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance. You will take a lead role in defining and modeling current and future state business process flows, enabling analysis to refine and enhance business architecture. Developing and maintaining business process flows, value stream maps, and reference architectures for complex processes across multiple product areas.Creating conceptual models illustrating the interplay of people, process, and technology within the organization.Partnering with Business Leads to develop capability roadmaps while utilizing industry insights and aligning with business strategy.Monitoring architectural trends and evaluating potential enhancements to the business framework.Implementing and adopting new business processes in collaboration with project managers to ensure the solution is delivered effectively.Utilizing business process re-engineering based on industry best practices and validating business decisions with internal products/programs.Consulting and collaborating with other architectural teams contributing to Enterprise Architecture.Supporting product areas in creating a multi-year technology strategy and roadmap.Maintaining awareness of strategic trends and partnering with Business Leaders on feature evolution.Representing Highmark to external vendors and business partners.Other duties as assigned or requested.EDUCATION Physical work site required: Yes.
