This position will require experience leading and mentoring a team of professionals and experience as an advisor/liaison with the client (user groups, design team, contractors, and facility engineering representatives). Project management of all professional and technical services related to the VA design and construction delivery process. The CM-SA shall represent VHA in a professional manner and provide sound management advice regarding work performed on assigned projects. and federal jurisdictions and the requirements of each in relation to this Project.
