The Opportunity

In our Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice, we offer a dynamic career path for professionals who are passionate about tackling complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting transformation initiatives aligned with strategic goals, helping clients bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering business and solution architecture frameworks, managing product approaches, and creating value realization structures. Your contributions will support the implementation of transformation offices across various domains:

Enterprise Transformation and Governance: Lead strategic transformation programs utilizing TMO/PMO frameworks and Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum). Establish governance models that align with organizational objectives.Technology Enablement and Process Optimization: Implement operating models and enhanced processes utilizing technologies like AI, RPA, and Cloud solutions such as SAP or Salesforce.Value Realization and Business Case Development: Develop effective business cases that secure executive buy-in for major initiatives, ensuring measurable value realization through performance management techniques.Change Management and Executive Advisory: Implement change management strategies for large-scale transformations, advising C-Suite leaders and facilitating workshops to align stakeholders and foster adoption.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and teams to design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks.Assist in roadmap development, maturity assessments, and tracking value realization.Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Support the transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO).Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives.Travel as needed to support client engagements.Skills and Attributes for Success

Core Competencies:

Leadership in strategic transformation, agile program management, and end-to-end delivery.Expertise in risk management and resource planning across different organizational levels.Proven experience in operating model design, governance, and change management.Strong skills in business case creation, advanced data modeling, and value realization.Experience managing project budgets over $1M.Technology strategy experience, including AI, LLM, RPA, and ERP integrations.Knowledge of performance management, process optimization, and technology deployment.Leadership & Collaboration:

Successful experience leading cross-disciplinary teams as a workstream lead and mentor.Skilled in C-Suite advisory and facilitating organizational workshops.Ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively in a team.Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients.Strategic & Analytical Attributes:

A bachelor's degree (required); advanced degree preferred.At least 2 years of client-facing consulting experience in a professional services or management field.Experience with business process documentation, solution architecture, and program delivery.Hands-on involvement in transformation initiatives.Familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies.Strong problem-solving and digital fluency skills.Excellent communication skills.Willingness to travel (estimated at 40-60%).Ideally, You'll Also Have:

A degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.Experience with ERP or AI/Data implementations.Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile.Sector experience in industries like Technology, Media, Telecommunications, or Health.Effective stakeholder engagement skills.What We Look For:

What We Offer You:

The base salary for this role ranges from $97,300 to $178,300 depending on various factors, including experience and location. In the New York City Metro Area and select states, the range is $116,700 to $202,600. Our benefits package includes health coverage, retirement plans, generous vacation policies, and more.
