Senior Consultant, Business Transformation Architecture and Delivery

Your contributions will support the implementation of transformation offices across various domains: Establish governance models that align with organizational objectives.Technology Enablement and Process Optimization: Implement operating models and enhanced processes utilizing technologies like AI, RPA, and Cloud solutions such as SAP or Salesforce.Value Realization and Business Case Development: Develop effective business cases that secure executive buy-in for major initiatives, ensuring measurable value realization through performance management techniques.Change Management and Executive Advisory: Implement change management strategies for large-scale transformations, advising C-Suite leaders and facilitating workshops to align stakeholders and foster adoption.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and teams to design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks.Assist in roadmap development, maturity assessments, and tracking value realization.Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Support the transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO).Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives.Travel as needed to support client engagements.Skills and Attributes for Success A bachelor's degree (required); advanced degree preferred.At least 2 years of client-facing consulting experience in a professional services or management field.Experience with business process documentation, solution architecture, and program delivery.Hands-on involvement in transformation initiatives.Familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies.Strong problem-solving and digital fluency skills.Excellent communication skills.Willingness to travel (estimated at 40-60%).Ideally, You'll Also Have:
