TAD Technology Strategy: In Technology Strategy, you will partner directly with clients to define and execute technology transformation agendas that align technology investments with business priorities. Bachelor’s degree and approximately 2–4+ years of experience in technology or technology strategy consulting, business or digital transformation, or program and project managementConsulting experience supporting client-facing transformation programs, projects, or workstreams across business and/or technology environments Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset Agile, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments Strong commercial acumen and a desire to drive meaningful impact for global and domestic organizations Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs (65 – 80%)Access to reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites, as required We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
