Leading Twin Cities luxury home design/build firm is seeking a highly talented Senior Design Architect to join our award-winning team. Salary: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of multi-million-dollar custom residences, luxury portfolio homes, and cohesive neighborhoods from concept to completion.
Collaborate with a team of award-winning designers, builders, and craftspeople.
Develop timeless design solutions that elevate daily living while maintaining architectural integrity.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury home design and custom residence projects.
A refined design sensibility with the ability to create inspiring, timeless spaces.
Strong leadership and collaborative skills in managing cross-functional design teams.
