Senior Design Architect - Team Leader

Join Jacobs, where we strive for excellence in all we do! We are looking for a Senior Design Architect who will act as a Team Leader for our building design projects. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering internal and external networks while contributing significantly during client meetings and presentations.

In this role, you will guide your team, participate in strategic planning, and support the company's management team in driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Assembling and managing a project team with the necessary resources for successful project delivery. Identifying and assessing risks while implementing effective mitigation strategies. Maintaining clear communication with the project team and stakeholders for holistic project delivery. Controlling the project scope and costs to meet established baselines. Ensuring all obligations between the client and the company are met. Developing and monitoring financial and project schedules, along with managing changes. Requirements:

15+ years of experience in vertical building programs. 7+ years of management experience with direct client interactions and project oversight. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Registered Architect (RA). NCARB Certificate holder. Proven ability to strategize and drive business growth with a clear vision of vertical space trends. Excellent social, networking, organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Ideally, you'll also have:
