Senior Design Architect

In this position, you will: Research, plan, design, and manage building projects for clients, leveraging your expertise in architectural design, construction detailing, procedures, zoning and building codes, and materials.Conduct site observations during construction to ensure compliance with design documents.Prepare quantitative data, such as material take-offs, to support construction cost estimates.Track project scope development, monitor changes, and evaluate impacts on projected construction costs.To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.Registration as a licensed Architect (RA) is essential.Extensive experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software, and the Microsoft Office suite.Expertise in using Bluebeam.Familiarity with building code requirements.Strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and leadership skills.The ability to effectively coordinate with internal architectural and engineering teams.The willingness to travel as needed.It would be an advantage if you also have:
