SUMMARYThe Senior Director of Enterprise Architectureleads Motion’s enterprise architecture function, ensuring technology strategy aligns with businessobjectivesand drives digital transformation. This role defines and governs the enterprise architecture framework, oversees technology standards, and partners with executive leadership to enable scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions. The position fosters innovation,optimizestechnology investments, and ensures architectural integrity across all business platforms.You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.JOB DUTIESDefine and governenterprise architecture strategy aligned with corporateobjectivesand digital transformation goals.Establish andmaintainarchitecture principles, standards, and frameworks for applications, data, and infrastructure.Drivetechnology roadmapsand ensure alignment between business capabilities and IT solutions.Leadarchitecture reviewsfor major initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards and guiding build vs. buy decisions.Collaborate with executives and business leaders asatrustedtechnology advisor, influencing strategic decisions.Championmodern architecture practices including cloud adoption, microservices, API-driven integration, and AI enablement.Overseeenterprise portfolio rationalization, reducing technicaldebtandoptimizingsystem landscapes.Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic fit.Lead and mentor enterprise architects and solution architects, fostering ahigh-performing architecture team.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices and tools.Supportlarge-scale program delivery by providing architectural oversight and risk mitigation.Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’sdegree preferred.15+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least7 yearsinenterprise architecture leadership roles.Proven experience in enterprise-scale architecture, technology strategy, and governance.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIESDeepexpertiseinenterprise architecture frameworks(TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.Strong understanding ofbusiness process modeling, capability mapping, and IT portfolio management.Experience with cloud platforms, integration patterns, and modern architecture paradigms.Knowledge ofAI/ML technologies and their integration into enterprise solutions.Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic goals into architectural blueprints.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability tomanage change, drive innovation, and influence at all organizational levels.Strong understanding ofIT governance and risk management.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY2–10 Direct Reports; No Indirect Reports.BUDGET RESPONSIBILITYYes.GPC conducts its business without regard to sex, race, creed, color, religion, marital status, national origin, citizenship status, age, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, disability, military status, status as a veteran, or any other protected characteristic.
