Senior Director of Architecture and Engineering

Pay $225,000 - $250,000 base salary + 25% bonus 10+ years of experience in software design and development, with a background in enterprise architecture or similar leadership roles Expertise in AWS, serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, SNS), and .NET, with a focus on scalable, high-performance applications Strong full-stack development skills including .NET Core, C#, Angular, and experience with PostgreSQL Proven experience in CI/CD practices, TDD, and DevOps tools such as DataDog, SonarQube, Terraform, and OpsLevel Demonstrated leadership in managing large, multi-shore teams with accountability for performance and growth Excellent client engagement skills, capable of building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and ability to anticipate future technical needs Lead and mentor a large engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including the CIO and Engineering Lead Provide technical leadership across enterprise architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative solutions Oversee daily operations of the technical team, including recruitment, training, and performance management Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and architecture, including automated testing and static analysis Act as a trusted advisor on technical strategy, problem-solving, and growth initiatives to help the client achieve their goals of doubling in size over three years Manage account and team performance, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction Significant growth potential within a strategic leadership role Opportunity to influence technology direction and enterprise architecture for a major client Collaborative, forward-thinking work environment focused on innovation and excellence Ability to help shape the future of a rapidly growing organization and its technology landscape
