Senior Director of Project Architecture

The Senior Director of Project Architecture is our senior design authority for utility-scale solar and storage projects, responsible for the technical design basis that drives each project’s value, cost, and constructability. You will own the configuration and technology decisions that shape a project from initiation through early-stage design — balancing customer requirements, site and interconnection constraints, and company standards to define the right solution for each project and for competitive EPC bids. You will lead a focused, senior team of roughly 8–10 — project engineers, technical specialists, and civil designers — setting the design basis across the company’s utility-scale project portfolio. 8+ years in utility-scale solar and/or storage engineering, with hands-on experience in design, estimating, and technology selection at volume.
